Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you must contact us at contact@maisonnakamoto.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and correct it. Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods including food, flowers, or plants, custom products like special orders or personalized items, and personal care items such as beauty products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about the eligibility of your item, please contact us. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. The fastest way to receive your desired product is to return the item you currently have, and once your return is approved, place a new order separately for the replacement item. To qualify, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
